About Me

With a Master of Science in Nursing, majoring in Leadership & Management, my nineteen-year career has been spent entirely in Long-Term Care leadership. I've worked with non-profit and for-profit organizations, learning the ins and outs of their structures, while refining my own approach to quality. I enjoy the benefits that residents and staff receive when a facility is well-structured with a confident leadership team.

What makes my approach unique is that I work alongside your team, providing the tools necessary for system repair. My core values consist of integrity, compliance which drives quality, and follow-through.  I adapt quickly to prioritize safety and compliance.

Accomplishments that I am most proud of are improving Five-Star Quality Ratings, leading facilities through graduation of the Special Focus Facility program, guiding policy & procedure throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, and structuring leadership teams that are enjoyable with open lines of communication.
