Sarah is an experienced nurse executive in the long-term care industry. Over the last twenty years, she has worked with both non-profit and for-profit organizations. While learning the intricacies of their structures, Sarah has refined her approach to quality and compliance.

Sarah provides regulatory support to long-term care facilities across the United States. She specializes in the turnaround of distressed nursing facilities.

Accomplishments that Sarah is most proud of include leading facilities through graduation from CMS' Special Focus Facility program, guiding organizations through the COVID-19 pandemic, developing comprehensive policies and procedures, and structuring leadership teams with open lines of communication.
